Zou Jing is currently the Senior Vice President of HHAn ENTERTAIMENT. Ms. Zou previously held positions such as General Manager of the Strategy Department of a state-owned investment company under the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Vice President of Lujiazui Group, Vice President of Shanghai Disney Resort Joint Venture, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Yuexing Group. Ms. Zou has nearly 25 years of corporate senior management experience and over 20 years of experience in investment management, organization management, and operation and management of cultural and tourism projects. Ms. Zou served as a key negotiator on behalf of the Shanghai Municipal Government in the 10-year negotiations with Disney, successfully introducing Disney to settle in Shanghai. She also served as the highest-level management personnel appointed by the Chinese majority shareholder to assist the President of the Company in leading, coordinating and supervising the construction and development of the project, and in the operation of the Shanghai Disney Resort. Ms. Zou studied abroad in the UK in 1997 and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lancaster University in the UK.
