Zhang Shumin is currently the Party Secretary and General Manager of OCT Tourism Development Group, and is also the Vice President and Secretary General of the Tourism Marketing Chapter of China Tourism Association. Mr. Zhang had worked a long time in the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), where he served as Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Finance. Mr. Zhang then worked for China Top View Tourism Investment Group, where he served as the Executive Deputy General Manager. After joining OCT Group, Mr. Zhang served as President of OCT Tourism Research Institute, General Manager of OCT Group Tourism Management Center, Director and President of OCT Tourism Investment Management Group. Mr. Zhang has participated in the drafting and development of many national tourism laws and regulations, national standards and policy documents on tourism, and has published several books and research articles on tourism. Mr.Zhang has rich theoretical and practical experience in tourism project planning, investment and development, operation and management.
