Yang Zhou is Chairman of HRH Holdings Ltd. He is also the founder of GlobalSafeTourServicesSystem(HRH.org), which was launched at the Headquarter of United Nations in 2017. Successively worked in the State Administration of Radio Film and Television and Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China, he founded Beijing Gold Vault International Investment Co., Ltd. and HRH Group in 2008 and 2015, respectively. Mr. Yang obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Laws degree from the Law School of Renmin University of China, Master of Arts degree from Beijing Film Academy, and Master of Science degree from Western Illinois University.
