Xu Lejiang is Executive Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (Ministerial Level), and Vice Chairman of All-China General Chamber of Industry and Commerce. He successively served as Chairman of Shanghai Bao Steel Group and Vice Minister of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. Mr. Xu is a professor-level senior engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration degree.
