Tong Teng, worked in Jiangsu Province from 2006 to 2014. He joined the establishment of the first Taobao village of China-Dongfeng Village. He was a member of the Expert Panel to draft The Law of Electronic Commerce. In 2015, he became the founding member of the strategic development department of Alibaba, leading the strategic cooperation with local governments. He was deeply involved in governmental projects such as Health Code and City Brain. In 2020, he was appointed as the secretary-general of the unit in support of Common Prosperity, which focuses on technology innovation, economic development, high-quality employment creation, care for vulnerable groups. It has launched more than 10 philanthropy projects such as “cloud for children” and county logistic center. In May, 2023, he joined Fliggy Travel as the leader of public affairs.
