Mr. Price Alexander Karr is the Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Macau, Limited and is responsible for the Company’s finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, capital markets, investor relations and risk management. Prior to this position, Mr. Karr was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer of Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas, where he was responsible for corporate finance, treasury, capital markets, strategic financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Wynn Resorts, Mr. Karr held investment banking positions at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, where he advised clients in the real estate, gaming and lodging sectors on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activity and strategic transactions. Mr. Karr holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California as well as an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
