Mandy Cao female, of Han ethnicity, was born in March 1989. She is a native of Shanxi, a CPC member with a master’s degree. From February 2009 to September 2015, she studied at the University of Technology Sydney and earned her Master’s degree in Finance. She commenced work in October 2015. She once served as Director of Human Resources at Shanxi Huaxin Group and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Huayi Jinjia Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. Since November 2023, she has held the position of President at Shanxi Pangquan Liquor Group. With years of experience in corporate management, she has solid practical expertise in human resources and business operations, and is proficient in establishing and managing group corporate systems. As President of Shanxi Pangquan Liquor Group, she oversees the company’s overall operation. Rooted in Shanxi’s local liquor sector, she promotes brand building, market expansion and high-quality industrial development.
