Ms. Linda Chen is the President, Vice Chairman, and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited. She is responsible for the development and operation of multiple world-renowned integrated resort hotels and has successfully brought her years of experience in operating and managing the diverse scope of business to Macao. Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, developed and operated under her leadership, are the only resorts worldwide honored with six Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) Five-Star awards in 2025. With her exceptional and efficient corporate management, as well as her dedication to advancing public welfare, culture, arts, and sports, Ms. Chen has made a distinguished contribution to Macao’s development as a World Center of Tourism and Leisure. Ms. Chen always regards community sustainability as the company’s core value. Since assuming leadership of Wynn Resorts’ business in Macao in 2002, she has been committed to Macao’s prosperity and growth, while also actively facilitating cross-strait exchanges to strengthen interaction and collaboration between Taiwan and mainland China, Macao, and the international community. She has founded and chairs the Wynn Care Foundation, leading Wynn to actively fulfill its corporate social responsibility through a long-standing commitment to public welfare and philanthropy.
