Lee Williamson is Fortune’s Asia editorial director, based in Hong Kong. Williamson shapes Fortune’s editorial and live media strategy across the region, with responsibility for multimedia coverage, CEO communities, and live journalism events. An award-winning media leader and content strategist with more than 15 years of experience in Asia, Williamson has built influential editorial brands, events, and communities for senior business audiences. Before joining Fortune, he was an executive director at the South China Morning Post, where he led the transformation of the Post’s culture-focused IPs, including its flagship Sunday magazine PostMag. He served two terms as president of the Foreign Correspondents' Club, Hong Kong, from 2023 to 2025, and is a WAN-IFRA Young Media Leaders Fellow.
