Current CEO of ENIT S.p.A., and former Acting President, and Director of Finance, Administration and Control at ENIT – Italian National Tourist Board, she plays a pivotal role in international relations, as well as in the coordination and support of national tourism policies, working in close synergy with institutions and within the broader Sistema Italia framework, both in Italy and abroad. With over a decade of experience in the institutional and associative sectors, she has held prominent leadership roles, including Regional President of Fiavet Umbria and National President of Fiavet. These positions have significantly shaped her expertise in institutional dialogue with regional and national stakeholders across the tourism industry. A recognised expert in the meeting industry, she has served on the Board of Directors of Convention Bureau Italia. As head of delegation in labour negotiations, she played a key role in securing a number of relevant agreements, including the first national collective labour contract (CCNL) for travel agencies.
