Mr. Ip Sio Kai is currently the Deputy General Manager of Bank of China Macau Branch and Chairman of the Macau Association of Banks. He is also a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and a member of the Legislative Assembly of Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR). Mr. Ip Sio Kai is a senior financier. He also serves as a member of Macao Committee for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA), President of Macau Goldsmith’s Guild, President of Macau Innovation Investment Union Association, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Macao Chamber of Commerce and Council Vice-Chairman of the Macau Chinese Enterprises Association.
