H.E.Tith Chantha is the Permanent Secretary of State (First Deputy Minister) of the Ministry of Tourism for the Kingdom of Cambodia. He has been working for the Ministry of Tourism for 30 years, including 13 years as Director General of Tourism and 6 years as Secretary of State (Deputy Minister). His leadership has made remarkable contributions to the development and management of Cambodia’s tourism sector during post-War era, and a great impact on the socioeconomic development of the country.
Mr. Chantha has been invited as a speaker in many international conferences for sharing his experiences and knowledge in Tourism related topics and programs. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters Degree in Tourism Management from the United Kingdom.
