Fang Yan is the Vice President of Sunriver Holding Group Co., Ltd., responsible for the investment and operation of cultural and tourism projects. Mr. Fang has worked for the China National Tourism Administration for a long time and was responsible for the development of tourist attractions, tourism regional planning and international market development. Currently, Mr. Fang is also the Vice President of the Leisure and Resort Branch of China Tourism Association and the Secretary General of the Mountain Branch of China Tourist Attractions Association. Founded in 1992, Sunriver Holding Group is a large group company engaged mainly in the industry of culture and tourism, and infrastructure construction. Sunriver is the actual controller of Zhejiang Sunriver Culture Tourism and Anhui Gourgen Traffic Construction Co.,Ltd., the listed companies. Since 2018, Sunriver Holdings has been ranked as one of the "Top 20 Chinese Tourism Groups" for five consecutive years, and has invested in and operated more than 40 cultural and tourism projects, of which 6 are world heritage sites and 10 are national 5A scenic spots. Mr. Fang holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Nanjing University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
