Fabiana Feld is Chief Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. Ms. Feld has a 26-year career in impact investing, corporate finance, development economics and social entrepreneurship, responsible for originating, structuring, negotiating and supervising financings and advisory services with key multinational clients investing in emerging markets. She has been extending equity, mezzanine and debt financing in tourism, hotel and related services, retail, banks and infrastructure sectors. She joined the IFC through the World Bank Young Professionals Program.
Previously, Ms. Feld was a management consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, involved in strategy and operations engagements in consumer products, hospitality, industrial, healthcare and technology industries.
Ms. Feld received a Master’s degree from Harvard University and a Master of Arts in Economics from the Catholic University in Argentina. She is a Fulbright Scholar and a teaching assistant at Stanford Graduate Business School Executive Program and Instituto de Empresa in Spain.
