Ms. Daisy Ho is Managing Director of SJM Resorts, S.A., and Chairman and Executive Director of its immediate holding company. Ms. Ho is also Director of Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau, S.A. In Hong Kong, she serves as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the listed conglomerate Shun Tak Holdings Limited.
Ms. Ho is Director of Macao Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of Macao Association of Building Contractors and Developers, Life Honorary President of Macau Retail and Management Association, Vice President and executive committee member of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, Member of Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators, Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, Member of The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce and committee of its Ladies Committee.
Ms. Ho is Chairman of Hong Kong Ballet, Honorary Vice President of The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association and Honorary President of Hong Kong Federation of Women. In addition, Ms. Ho is Chairman cum Director of University of Toronto (Hong Kong) Foundation Limited and Chairman of its Scholarship Selection Committee, Chair of International Dean’s Advisory Board of Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, Governor of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and World Fellow of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award World Fellowship. She was Chairman (2020-21) and Advisor (2021-2022) of Po Leung Kuk.
Ms. Ho was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative (“Hong Kong SAR”) Region on 1 July 2021.
Ms. Ho has been appointed as a member of the Standing Committee on Judicial Salaries and Conditions of Service by the Hong Kong SAR Government in January 2022.
Ms. Ho holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Toronto, Canada, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Southern California, USA.
