Mr. CHEUNG KIN CHUNG (Ph.D. in Management), Chairman of China Travel Service (Macao) Limited, member of the Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR), member of the Chief Executive Election Committee of the Macao SAR, member of the Urban Planning Committee of the Macao SAR, member of the Tourism Development Committee of the Macao SAR, member of the Standing Committee of the Xi'an Municipal CPPCC, the Vice President of the China Hotel Association, Chairman of the Macau Hoteliers & lnnkeepers Association, and President of the Association of Macao Tourist Agents. Mr. CHEUNG is actively engaged in the political contributions and industry developments, also taking a leading and coordinating role in the corporate management. Mr. CHEUNG has extensive experience in operations and academic researches in fields of commercial investments, tourism & hospitality corporate management, cultural and creative industry, and systems engineering, etc. He delivered keynote speeches and papers at a number of conferences, such as the " International Seminar on Building World Tourism and Leisure Centre" hosted by the Macao Government and the "Macao Tourism Development Seminar" hosted by the Pacific Asia Travel Organization. He holds titles as visiting professor, doctoral/master supervisor in several universities including Macau City University, Jinan University, Huaqiao University, etc.; and has led a number of academic lectures. Mr. CHEUNG hosted several seminars and lectures on topics relating to Macao cultural and creative industry development, encouraging academic collaboration with several universities. Mr. CHEUNG has published a number of papers, for example “Research on cultural and creative industry - worldwide development trends of Macao development strategy”, “Research on strategies to strengthen the integrated development of Macao's tourism, cultural and creative industry” and “Case study on Macao as a creative city and gastronomy - supporting the joint development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”.
