Cai Tao is currently the Vice President and Secretary General of the Guangdong Tourism Association and is also the Vice President and Secretary General of the Guangdong Hotel Industry Association. Ms.Cai has been working in the tourism industry since 1986, and has served as the office director of Gongbei China Travel Service Group in Guangdong Province, as well as the managing director of China Travel Service at Gongbei Port in Guangdong Province. Since 2004, Ms. Cai has served as Deputy Secretary General, Secretary General of Guangdong Tourism Association, and concurrently served as Secretary General of Guangdong Hotel Industry Association, and Secretary General of Guangdong Hot Spring and Spa Association. With a postgraduate degree, Ms. Cai has been deeply involved in the tourism industry for more than 30 years. With in-depth insights and working experience in the industry, she has witnessed the rapid development of tourism industry in Guangdong. Under the new market situation, Ms. Cai has been actively exploring the market-oriented operation of associations and has successfully led the Guangdong Tourism Association to win the "Outstanding Contribution Award" from the China Tourism Association.
