I am Chief Commercial Officer of the Starhotels Group. In my role, I am responsible for Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Distribution for the 30 Hotels of the Group, leading a team of 85 people. In my previous position, I was Cluster General Manager of the Starhotels Collezione responsible for the operational and financial performance of 11 Hotels in Italy, UK and France, leading a team of eight General Managers. Previous managerial roles include Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, Europe for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, based in Monaco, Director of Global Accounts for MPI based in Luxembourg, Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and General Manager at Park Hotel Ravenna, in Italy. Prior International experiences included the Claridge’s Hotel and the Grosvenor House Hotel, both in London, UK. I hold a Master in Meeting Management (CMM), a Certificate in Hospitality Business Acumen, and I have completed a leadership program at INSEAD. I currently sit on the Global Board of Trustees of the MPI Foundation and I am Chair of the EMEA Council.
