Fred Feng Zhou is President and Board Director of MGM Hospitality Group (Asia Pacific), overseeing all aspects of MGM’s strategy, operations, hospitality and business development in the Chinese mainland. MGM Hospitality Asia Pacific Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of MGM China Holdings Limited and is also a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International. Fred has been with MGM Resorts since 2007, serving as Vice President of Business Development, Chief Representative for China, Senior Vice President and President of China Hospitality. As a founding member of MGM's entry into the Chinese mainland market, he previously served as President and Board Director of Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality, and in 2026 led the establishment of MGM Hospitality Asia Pacific Limited. Before joining MGM Resorts, Mr. Zhou was Executive Director of National Operations at Trizec Properties, the second-largest REIT in the U.S. Fred earned a master’s degree in City & Regional Planning from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), and further studied in MBA program at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. He also chairs M Culture, MGM's signature long-term cultural initiative, advancing the company's CSR and community engagement across the Chinese mainland.
