Ms. Zoe Zou is Chief Marketing Officer of Wynn Macau, Limited, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for Wynn Macau and Encore, and Wynn Palace in Cotai.
Focused on further expanding the Company’s appeal to premium, international leisure travelers and marketing the Company’s non-gaming offerings, Ms. Zou has extensive experience in managing global marketing programs. Ms. Zou’s deep understanding of the Pan-Asian consumer enables her to effectively lead the Wynn team through customer insights, building integrated marketing capabilities, and leading all digital and marketing activities to expand the reach of the Wynn brand.
Prior to joining Wynn, Ms. Zou was based in Shanghai as General Manager of the premium skincare brand Paula’s Choice and also previously held roles with Alibaba heading the Tmall overseas business in the US. Ms. Zou also spent 13 years at the Luxury division of L’Oreal, where her highlights included leading global brand development for Kiehl’s, expanding its digital marketing and presence globally in more than 50 markets.
