Rizki Handayani, as a Deputy for Industry and Investment, Ministry of Tourism Republic of Indonesia, holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from Victoria University and a Bachelor’s degree in Regional and City Planning from the Bandung Institute of Technology. With nearly three decades of experience in Indonesia’s tourism sector, she has built an extensive professional track record and reputation. Throughout her tenure at the Ministry of Tourism, she held a number of strategic leadership roles, including Deputy for Tourism Products and Events, Deputy for Marketing, and Deputy for Institutional Relations. Her broad expertise, proven leadership, and strong professional network have made her well-recognized figure within the tourism industry in Indonesia. Today, she remains highly engaged in advancing several priority areas of national tourism development, including tourism investment, sustainable tourism, health and wellness tourism, marines and gastronomy development, and the MICE sector.
