Mr. Qiu Xiaoping is the Vice-chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Qiu Xiaoping served as the officer of Ministry of Labour and Personnel of the People’s Republic China, deputy division chief and division chief of Ministry of Labour, deputy director general and director general of Ministry of Labour and Social Security. Then he was the vice minister of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and Vice-chairman of All-China Federation of Trade Unions.
