Mr. He Yafei is the Secretary-General of International Mountain Tourism Alliance. Born in May 1955, Mr. He is a native of Ningbo, Zhejiang province. He holds a master’s degree. He served as Vice Minister of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council.
