Dr. Wang Xinjun joined Ivy Alliance, a globally reputable tourism think tank and tourism development solution provider in 2006. He is currently the Ivy Alliance’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Equipped with broad international vision, Dr. Wang has extensive, multi-sector and cross-industry working experience in public, private and academic fields. Earned his doctorate degree in Peking University in 1995, Dr. Wang was the first Doctor of Philosophy in mainland focusing on regional tourism development and investment research. He worked as an officer in China National Tourism Administration in 1995, and assumed a senior managerial position of the China Comfort Travel Group Ltd. in 2001. He has also been a Member of Panel of Tourism Experts of UNWTO since 2010.
