Associate Professor of Tourism Management, The College of Business Administration; Director of Internet Plus Institute, Capital University of Economics And Business
Li Yunpeng is concurrently Associate Professor of Tourism Management at the College of Business Administration and Director of Internet Plus Institute in Capital University of Economics and Business, focusing research on tourism informatization, e-tourism and smart tourism. A holder of Philosophy of Doctor of Management in Harbin Institute of Technology and a post-doctoral in School of Government of Peking University, he was a visiting scholar of Tsinghua University and the National Laboratory of Tourism E-commerce at Temple University in the United States, as well as a distinguished research fellow in Tourism Research and Planning Center of Peking University. Over the last decade, he has participated in “The National Hightech R&D Program (863 Program)”, “National Science and Technology Supporting Program”, the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan of National Tourism Informatization”, and “The Smart City Planning of Chengde”, among all. He has presided in a dozen of research projects including “Research Report of China Smart Tourism Development Strategy”.
Li is an expert in Information Centers of National Tourism Administration and a number of Provincial or Municipal Tourism Bureau including Heibei, Jiangxi, Chongqing. He also serves as member of Shandong Planning and Marketing Expert Committee and standing committee member of the Association of Social Sciences in Xicheng District, Beijing. Furthermore, he is a special expert of Expert Committee of World Tourism City Federation, Member of China Management Science Society Tourism Specialized Committee, Member of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence.
